Vicky Knows Better is a live cover band based in Riga, Latvia. The band itself decides what happens with the details you send through this site — there is no other company behind it. Questions about your data: vicky.knows.better.official@gmail.com.

• Booking request: event date, location, number of guests and budget, plus your name, email, phone and a note if you leave them.
• Callback request: your name and phone number, so we can call you back within two hours.
• Review: your name, country or city, the event and your words. It appears on the site only after the band approves it.
• Deposit page: the date and your email are used only to prepare the deposit message. No card details are collected on this site.

• The page you arrived from and the campaign label of the link, if it had one. These stay in your browser tab and are attached to a request you send.
• The page you were reading when you sent the request.
• An approximate city and country, taken from your internet connection by our hosting provider.
• How long the form took to fill and a hidden field that only bots use — both exist to throw away robot submissions.
• Your internet address is used to stop the same person submitting twice in a minute. It is not saved together with your request.

Your colour theme, language, the date you picked, the message text for WhatsApp and the callback countdown are stored in your own browser and disappear when you clear it.

• We use no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party marketing scripts.

• It is saved in the site's database so the band can read it and answer.
• It is sent to the band as a Telegram message and as an email; if Telegram fails, the email copy still arrives.
• If you left an email address, we make a PDF offer, store it privately and email you a personal link that stops working after seven days.
• Emails leave from notify.vickyknowsbetter.org. Telegram and the email service handle data outside Latvia, sometimes outside the EU, so they receive only what is needed to reply to you.

While we are discussing your event, and afterwards as our business record. A review stays published until you ask us to take it down. Say the word and we correct or delete whatever we hold about you.

The band. We do not sell data, do not hand it to advertisers and do not make automated decisions about you.

• Withdraw your consent at any time; it costs nothing and changes nothing about the enquiry you already made.
• If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).

We update this page and its date when something real changes. Nothing here is a surprise: the site does one thing — it helps you book a live band.
