This is how a booking almost always runs. Nothing is charged until you have said yes to the programme and the date.

You send the request
Date, place and a couple of words about the evening — two minutes. Writing on WhatsApp works just as well.

Reply within 2 hours
We send a programme shaped around your event and a preliminary PDF offer: the price, what is included and the next step. Your date is held for 5 days.

One call
We talk through the details: timings, song requests, the first dance, and travel or accommodation for the band.

A 30% deposit locks the date
You get a contract and an invoice from a registered company. The deposit is non-refundable, and from that moment the date stays yours.

Balance 7 days before
You settle the rest a week ahead. At the same time we confirm the address, load-in time, contacts and the final set list.
- 06
The evening
We arrive early, run a soundcheck and play three 45-minute sets. Timings follow your run-of-show, not the other way round.
